So fashion week…

After scouring the street style compilations across the interweb, I came to a conclusion.

Street style is turning street.

Vogue and The Coveteur pose the question- is peacocking dead? Is the street style pony show over? I’ll take a more definitive approach, yes.

I love the eccentricities of fashion week as much as the next girl, but I’m more excited at the prospect of finding something I, as an urban twenty-something, can pull off.

Recently, I’ve gotten my style inspiration more and more from friends, Instagram and Tumblr. Unconventional is perhaps the most conventional and I’m in favour of a shift towards effortless chic.
